Update for Spring

Thank you to everyone who purchased clothes from me this fall. I was amazed at how busy I stayed! I am not going to do a trunk show for this spring in hopes of keeping a better balance, but I will still be taking some orders for this spring. I will be posting new pictures of spring appliques in the next few days, so check back for those. I will be placing an order to Monag on February 15, so email me by then for your spring order.

Christmas Tree

Here is the Christmas tree with a couple of different color options:
Fabric: Green microgingham, brown gingham, pink minky dot, bright pink minky dot.
Thread: Mint green, brown, pink, & bright pink
Blank: LS Ruffle T

And here it is in corduroy:

Here is the Christmas Tree Applique that I used to make my girls matching nightgowns to wear Christmas Eve.

I put this "m" on a turtleneck for Maddie to wear last winter with pink leggings. She loved it!

Here is the bib & burp cloth set I made for one of Chris' co-workers who just had a baby.

Stocking

Here is a shirt I made for a friend to match a pair of Christmas pants she already had.

Rudolph

Here are matching reindeer shirts I made for three cousins:

Fabric: Pink gingham, brown corduroy, & white minky dot
Thread: Pink, brown, white, red, green, blue & yellow
Fabric: Brown gingham, brown corduroy, & white minky dot
Thread: Brown, white, red, green, blue & yellow

This is the little romper I embroidered to give to my nephew for Christmas.
Fabric: Brown gingham, brown corduroy, & white minky dot
Thread: Brown, white, red, dark green, blue, & light green
This would also be cute if you did Rudolph's body brown corduroy and the antlers brown gingham.

Wreath

Here is the Christmas Wreath. I did it last year for my girls (see below). And just put in on a gown for a friend who has a new baby girl and wanted something sweet that would not overwhelm her for Christmas Eve.
Clothing Blank: White gown
Fabric: Light. Green corduroy & pink and white polka dot
Thread: Light green & pink

Last year,  I put it on a Ruffle T for Maddie and on a dress for Emalyn to cover up Maddie's monogram that was on the dress. I did the bow hot pink so that it would match Maddie's hot pink corduroy pants, but you could do a light pink bow or a red bow depending on what pants you want to match.
Fabric: Green felt & hot pink dot
Thread: Green & hot pink

Viewing Pictures

Sorry you cannot see any of the pictures! I was organizing my pictures in Picasa and didn't realize that meant they were being deleted from the blog. I am in the process of reloading them, but it is taking some time. So please email me if you want to see a picture of anything. Thanks!

Frosty Train

This is a really cute applique for little boys:
Fabric: Green corduroy, lt gray solid, blue & brown gingham
Thread: Green, blue, brown, gray, & orange

This mom doesn't love the way Monag shirts fit her little boy, so she brought me a turtle neck to applique - which you are always more than welcome to do. The cost is $11 per applique.

Louise Font

The Louise font may be my new favorite font for little girls.
 Clothing Blank: LS Ruffle T
Thread: Seafoam

And here is the Louise font as a monogram. One of my friends ordered an extra tab for a dress she had bought for her little girl and then had me monogram it.

Thread: Brown

Scallop & Circle Patch

The scallop & circle patch is fun because you can combine several different colors. A customer wanted something pink, turquoise, and red. So here is what I came up with. I'm going to do it for Emalyn with a pink monogram to go with a pair of turquoise corduroy pants.
Clothing Blank: Lettuce Edge LS Shirt
Fabric: Pink & red polka dot & seafoam corduroy
Thread: Seafoam, red, & pink
Font: Ansley

And another example on a dress:
 Clothing Blank: White Dress
Fabric: Multicolored dot corduroy & bright pink corduroy
Thread: Seafoam & bright pink

Here is what I made for my little cousin for her birthday. It is the scallop patch with the circle patch on top.
